Our recent name change from Empire Asphalt to Empire Construction & Engineering comes with the expansion of our services to include general construction and specialty engineering, in addition to our paving and grading services.

Empire Construction & Engineering is a full-service company specializing in commercial, winery, residential, and agricultural projects. We work on small projects as well as large ones, and provide a wide variety of construction services, from remodeling to new construction, including site work needed from traditional asphalt, gravel, and concrete paving, as well as new, environmentally-friendly asphalt alternatives.

Rodney Sichel his incredible crew at Empire Construction and Engineering came to our rescue when we needed an emergency restructuring of our outside heater and air conditioner unit at our school. Rodney jumped into action, assessed the situation, got the crew in exactly as needed and completed the project with precision. Each time I have reached out to Empire I have had the most professional and honest responses. I can’t imagine turning to anyone but Rodney.
